Covid 19 Updates

Our team would like to thank you for your understanding, patience, and trust during this challenging season. We want you to know that we are taking this pandemic very seriously and are committed to providing the very best care as we continue to prioritize the safety of our patients and staff. Our clinics will begin reopening Monday, May 11th for regular patient care. Under the guidance and directives of the governor and state health officials we have implemented the enhanced infection control and safety protocols below.

Enhanced Protocols:

  • Virtual waiting room


    • Upon arrival to the clinic parking lot, text 952-903-9484 with the patient name, appointment time and location of appointment. i.e. Joe Smith 1 pm Eden Prairie

    • We will respond to your text with a link to complete the COVID risk assessment form.

    • After we have verified the completion of the form, we will notify you when it is time for you to leave your vehicle and enter the clinic.

    • At the completion of the appointment, you will receive a text or call to schedule your next appointment.


  • We ask that only patients enter the clinic. Parents are encouraged to wait in their vehicle during appointments. We understand that this may not be possible in all circumstances. If necessary, we ask that no more than one family member accompany the patient into the clinic.

  • We ask that individuals entering the office please wear a cloth or surgical mask.

  • All patients will use provided hand sanitizer immediately upon entering office and before touching any common areas or surfaces

  • Brushing stations will be closed. Please thoroughly brush your teeth prior to coming to your appointment.

  • Our clinic has been updated with partitions and barriers to provide proper social distancing (6 feet) for your protection throughout the clinic.

  • Our assistants will be taking extra disinfection/sterilization precautions throughout the office, including common seating areas and surfaces.

  • To limit contact, we will not be collecting payments during your appointment. If you need to make a payment or update payment information, please call us to do so. 952-903-9484

  • We have increased Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) measures. Our team will utilize N95 (or equivalent) masks, face shields, and high volume evacuation (HVE).

Appointments

  • We will be calling you. You do not have to contact us. We have been working through our long list of active patients this week and will continue to do so until we have ALL patients rescheduled. We are prioritizing those patients who have not been seen for the longest period of time and those deemed to be more emergent by Dr. Veil and Dr. Wild.

  • If you already had an appointment scheduled for Monday, May 18th or beyond, that appointment will be kept for the same date, time, and location. If you are unable to make a previously scheduled appointment, Monday, May 18th or beyond, please call us immediately and let us know so we can fill that time with another patient.

  • Our office hours and phones will be back to normal hours starting Monday, May 11th.

  • We know many patients are anxious to be seen. We appreciate your patience as we will be limiting the traffic through our offices by implemented staggered scheduling. This will reduce the number of appointments available each day but will allow us to adhere to our enhance protocols above.

  • We thank you for your continued support and loyalty as we navigate this uncharted time.
